Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer anesthesia and sedation to patients undergoing surgical, diagnostic, or therapeutic procedures.
- Monitor patients vital signs and adjust anesthetic plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and other medical staff to develop and implement anesthesia care plans.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of anesthesia procedures and patient responses.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant safety standards and protocols.
Required Skills:
- Valid and current Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification.
- Proven expertise in anesthesia administration and patient monitoring.
- Strong understanding of pharmacology related to anesthesia.
- Excellent clinical judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Outstanding communication and patient care skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Bilingual abilities or additional language proficiency.
- Experience with specialized anesthesia techniques or in specific medical specialties.
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master s or Doctorate degree in Nurse Anesthesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a CRNA.
- Previous experience in in-house surgery or hospital settings preferred.
Other Requirements:
- Availability for 8, 10, 12, and 24-hour shifts; flexible scheduling options.
- Current state licensure and certification in good standing.
- Ability to work in an in-house setting with variable shifts.
- Willingness to travel if required, with reimbursement for travel and related expenses.
- Additional certifications or trainings may be advantageous.
