Required Skills: Valid medical license and board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Proven ability to see patients of all ages Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to manage a diverse patient caseload efficiently Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), specifically Epic (training provided) Nice to Have Skills: Previous experience in primary care or family medicine settings Bilingual proficiency to serve diverse patient populations Additional certifications such as BLS or ACLS Experience with quality improvement initiatives Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice in a primary care environment Recent experience with Epic EMR system or similar platforms Other Requirements: Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Willingness to undergo Epic EMR training (training held every other week from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; must be completed prior to start) Ability to see approximately 20 patients per day Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to healthcare regulations Must complete credentialing process before beginning duties This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career while enjoying competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
