Required Skills: Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology Valid AZ Medical License or equivalent in states participating in the IMLC Active DEA registration Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in OB/GYN Proficiency in Cerner EMR system Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple deliveries (1-3 per shift) efficiently Willingness to work 24-hour shifts with beeper call and callbacks Nice to Have Skills: Experience working in a hospital setting Familiarity with hospital workflows and protocols Additional certifications in fetal monitoring or advanced obstetric procedures Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations Preferred Education and Experience: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) At least one year of OB/GYN practice, preferably in a hospital environment Other Requirements: Current AZ license or IMLC certification Ability to perform night shifts (7 PM - 7 PM) on scheduled dates Compliance with all hospital and state licensing requirements Willingness to participate in callbacks and on-call responsibilities Reliable transportation and ability to handle the physical demands of night shift work This is your chance to thrive in a fulfilling role with excellent pay and comprehensive benefits, including competitive hourly pay of $2,223.00, weekly direct deposit, medical coverage, referral bonuses, and reimbursed licensure, certification, travel, and other expenses.
