Vigilant Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist to join a collaborative and highly respected medical team. This is a long-term locum/travel opportunity in a modern, well-equipped clinical environment where patient safety and quality of care are top priorities.The physician will provide comprehensive anesthesia services across a high-volume surgical setting, working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team with a focus on urology and neuro/spine cases.ResponsibilitiesAdminister general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care across surgical specialtiesProvide pre-operative assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plansMonitor patient vitals and respond to changes during surgical proceduresManage post-anesthetic recovery and coordinate with OR and recovery teamsCollaborate with surgeons and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomesMaintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility protocols and standardsQualificationsBoard Certification in Anesthesiology (MD or DO)Active Maryland state medical license (or ability to obtain)Current BLS and ACLS certifications requiredExperience in urology and/or neuro/spine anesthesia strongly preferredStrong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced OR environmentScheduleLocum/Travel45 days per week, 8-hour shiftsCase mix: Urology (94%), Neuro/Spine (4%)BenefitsHighly competitive hourly compensationHousing stipend options (negotiable)Travel and mileage reimbursement (negotiable)Comprehensive credentialing and onboarding supportLong-term contract potentialWhy Join Vigilant Healthcare Solutions?
