Work Dates Needed: May 11th, May 25th and May 28th (Must be able to cover all dates listed.) Preferred Schedule: Call Only for Unassigned Patients. Call Response Time Required: 15-30 min. Call Type: Beeper. Call Ratio: 3-5. Avg Call Numbers per 24 hrs: 2 phone consults. Patient Seen: 1. Admissions: 1. Call Back: To be determined. Does not have to be in-house call, but the facility does have a sleep room if the provider prefers to stay in-house. Worksite Setting: Inpatient/ Hospital Scope of Work: Emergency C-Sections Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active CA License, BC, ACLS EMR: AllScripts (Sunrise)
