The Sr. Associate, Business and Program Management serves as a senior strategic and operational leader supporting Ada’s global executive team. This role functions as an extension of executive leadership—driving enterprise-wide alignment, operational excellence, and execution of Ada’s most critical priorities across regions and functions. Acting as both a trusted advisor and execution leader, this role owns the global Rhythm of Business, executive reporting, cross-functional program delivery, and leadership enablement. The ideal candidate brings strong business judgment, anticipates executive needs, and consistently converts strategy into measurable outcomes in a complex, fast-growing global environment.**Responsibilities** **Skills & Experience** 10+ years of experience in program management, business operations, consulting, or Chief of Staff / Business Manager roles within global organizations. Demonstrated experience operating at the executive level, partnering closely with senior leadership.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence across senior stakeholders.Advanced proficiency in executive reporting, business analytics, and enterprise productivity toolsExperience in digital infrastructure, data centers, or capital-intensive industries strongly preferred.The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus.
