Job Description
Job Title: Associate Production Coordinator - Consumer Web Publishing
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 3 Months
Client is looking for only W2 contractors.
Responsibilities
Help coordinate the publishing process from start to finish
Accountable for assigned website areas for any redesign or changes
Effectively anticipates problems, generates and analyzes solutions
Provide solutions to publishers to effectively utilize the site
Work with our Producers and coding resources to balance workload and keep deadlines
Liaise with Editorial stakeholders in conjunction with Producers
Code articles in HTML for posting via content management platform as needed
Thoroughly QA articles for accuracy, adherence to specs, and compatibility on all supported platforms
Track and report on monthly volumes
Required Skills
Minimum 3 years' professional experience, with majority in Web production and publishing
Must be exceptionally well-organized and detail-oriented
Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Knowledge of web development processes and web standards and experience using a CMS
Working knowledge of HTML, content management systems, image processing, and other current web technologies
Education/Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Technology, Communications, or Journalism highly preferred or equivalent experience
