Job Summary
An A&W Team Member provides friendly, fast, and accurate service while preparing quality food and maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Greet guests warmly and take orders with a positive attitude
Ensure guests receive correct, high-quality orders promptly
Handle cash, card, and mobile transactions accurately using a POS system
Address customer questions or concerns professionally
Food Preparation
Cook and assemble food orders following A&W recipes and standards
Prepare beverages including root beer floats and soft drinks
Follow food safety and cleanliness procedures
Cleanliness & Maintenance
Maintain a clean work environment in kitchen, dining, and restroom areas
Restock supplies, condiments, and packaging materials as needed
Perform opening, mid-shift, or closing duties as assigned
Teamwork
Work with fellow team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
Be willing to assist in other tasks or roles when necessary
