We invite you to join team TravisMathew.The Sr. Allocation Analyst sits on the Supply Chain team and is responsible for building, preparing, and analyzing complex operational reports to support product allocation and order drop execution, as well as pre- and post-drop performance. This role works cross-functionally with partners across the company, including the Distribution Center, Planning, Sales, and Operations teams, to align on inventory flow, order prioritization, and execution. Additionally, the Sr. Allocation Analyst drives continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with other departments, focusing on enhancing customer service, increasing efficiency, reducing lead times, and identifying cost savings opportunities.**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*** Build, prepare and maintain complex Business Objects and Excel reports* Build and analyze operational and sales metrics and provide directions to the applicable teams* Oversee the systematic (i.e., ERP) execution of sales orders* Drive order allocation and ensure on time delivery / performance* Partner with IT to define and obtain required data and develop canned reports* Partner with various departments to drive operational process improvement and improve customer service and communications* Lead projects focused on improved operational efficiency* Support Order Management with sales order management* Maintain an in-depth understanding of business processes and recommend reports to support and measure those processes and provide general direction on improvement opportunities**TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)*** Highly proficient in Microsoft Applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)* Highly proficient in SAP, Power BI and Business Objects (or similar reporting tool)* Ability to identify issues and develop resolutions in an efficient manner* Ability to read and interpret instructions, policy, procedures, program information, etc.* Ability to support dynamic work environment and able to quickly adapt to new challenges or changing priorities* Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders* Strong organizational, problem-solving and time management abilities* Strong written and verbal communication skills**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE*** Bachelor’s Degree preferred* Minimum 5 years’ related experience* Golf and / or apparel experience preferred71,400.00 - 89,300.00 - 107,200.00 USD AnnualIf your experience is close to what we're looking for, please consider applying!
