Oncology - Radiation Physician

Coverage Needed:

• Start Date: August 3rd
• End Date: End of the year, with potential extension into 2027
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Every weekday coverage is required for continuity of care
• Coverage Type: Outpatient clinic only

Clinical Details:

• Evaluate and manage patients undergoing radiation therapy in an outpatient setting
• Conduct new patient consultations, including review of medical history, imaging, and pathology
• Develop and oversee radiation treatment plans in collaboration with medical physicists and dosimetry teams
• Provide follow-up care and survivorship planning for patients post-treatment
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical oncology, surgery, and support staff
• EMR: EPIC

Requirements:

• Active Illinois license, CSR, and DEA required
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Board Certified
