A Dream Job in a Highly Specialized, Supportive Endocrinology Practice St. Joseph Hospital is seeking a compassionate, inquisitive, and motivated APP to join our well-established Endocrinology practice located on our main campus in Nashua, NH. This full-time, outpatient position offers the rare opportunity to step into a true medical partnership with an experienced Endocrinologist who is deeply committed to mentorship, collaboration, and work life balance. This is the ideal role for an APP who enjoys specialty practice and wants to expand their endocrine knowledge and thrives in a team-focused environment. Position Highlights

• A practice that is focused on the management of patients with:
• Thyroid gland disorders
• Thyroid cancers

1. Osteoporosis, parathyroid and calcium diseases

• No diabetes panel patients
• General Endocrinology cases (Pituitary, Adrenal)
• Long-standing patient waitlist that supports immediate meaningful impact.
• Role consists of initial patient consults and ongoing medication management and follow up care under physician supervision
• Physician is eager to train and mentor a motivated APP
• Collaborative teamwork with the physician, supportive culture, and excellent administrative leadership
• Shared outpatient Call with the physician always available for support

What We re Looking For

• Adult or Family APP
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient primary care experience performing patient workups
• Endocrinology experience preferred, not required
• Someone eager to learn, grow, and build clinical expertise in endocrine care
• Strong interpersonal skills, patient-centered mindset, and a commitment to quality
