We are seeking a
eDiscovery Analyst
to join our New York City office. This is a full time, in office position. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with Relativity and will support the firm’s litigation teams by managing eDiscovery platforms, processing data, preparing productions, and assisting with trial support. This role is execution focused and requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and case teams.
The base salary for this position is
$110,000–$130,000 annually , commensurate with experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
Responsibilities
Manage day to day tasks within litigation support and eDiscovery platforms, including database creation, data loading, searching, and exporting.
Process and publish electronically stored information (ESI) for active matters.
Assist with preparing documents, demonstratives, and exhibits for hearings and trial, including setup and operation of equipment.
Receive, log, and track incoming media and maintain chain of custody documentation.
Participate in internal process development and documentation.
Troubleshoot technical issues within eDiscovery platforms and coordinate with vendors as needed.
Work collaboratively with Partners, Associates, Case Managers, and Legal Assistants.
Work overtime as needed based on case demands.
Qualifications
3 to 5 plus years of experience in litigation support, eDiscovery, or legal technology. Law firm or vendor experience preferred.
Strong proficiency with Relativity, including administrative level functionality.
Solid understanding of the litigation lifecycle and eDiscovery and document review processes.
Experience with text editing tools such as UltraEditorTextPad.
Experience handling data transfers and using encryption tools such as BitLocker.
Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro including bookmarking, document merging and splitting, and OCR.
Experience with Microsoft Access, Excel, and SQL for data manipulation and parsing is preferred.
Ability to learn new eDiscovery platforms quickly.
Self‑motivated and eager to grow within the Litigation Support team.
