- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours
- Schedule: 24-hour shifts (8a Äì8a), including weekends
- Setting: Inpatient NICU
- Patients per Shift: 7 Äì10 NICU patients (nursery varies)
- Beds: 26
- EMR: Cerner
- Credentialing: 120 days Clinical Details
- Level III NICU coverage
- Manage neonatal critical care patients
- Attend high-risk deliveries
- Participate in neonatal transport
- Provide care in both NICU and newborn nursery (ADC 10 Äì15)
- Perform all required neonatal critical care procedures Requirements
- Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
- Active Arkansas license
- PALS and NRP (AHA or Red Cross)
- Must be proficient in NICU critical care skills
- Must reside 90+ miles from facility
- Active DEA
- Clean history Compensation
- Rate: Negotiable (facility accepting bids)
- No OT rate for this assignment
