About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Systems Administrator / Engineer to join a high‑performing infrastructure team supporting enterprise‑grade environments. This role is heavily focused on Windows administration, hybrid cloud infrastructure, and automation, combining traditional system engineering with modern DevOps practices.
You’ll play a key role in managing and optimizing on‑prem and cloud‑based systems (AWS & Azure), improving reliability, and driving automation across the environment.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage enterprise Windows infrastructure across on‑prem and cloud environments
Administer and maintain Windows Servers, Active Directory, and system software
Build and manage cloud infrastructure in AWS and Azure
Develop and maintain automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines
Perform patching, vulnerability remediation, and system upgrades
Manage and optimize virtualized environments (VMware/ Hyper‑V)
Implement monitoring, performance tuning, and proactive system improvements
Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions
Drive automation and efficiency using scripting and modern tools
Qualifications & Expectations
Proactive engineer who enjoys solving complex infrastructure problems
Strong experience in production environments / data centers
Someone who can drive automation and operational excellence
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
