Salary: $85,000 – $115,000 per year

Job Details
Responsibilities
Lead all day-to-day quality operations in a hands-on, floor-focused role.
Build or enhance quality systems, documentation, KPIs, reporting, and standard work.
Partner closely with the GM, Project Manager, and operations leadership.
Own quality metrics, trend analysis, customer complaints, and corrective actions.
Identify and resolve issues around rejects, scrap, rework, and process stability.
Prepare for and maintain certifications such as ISO 9001, ITAR, and future medical/aerospace needs.
Implement continuous improvements across quality and production processes.
Influence operators and guide quality expectations across the floor.
Work with the former Quality Manager for training and transition support (NADCAP expertise available).
Build and develop a quality team as the operation expands.
Ideal Candidate
3+ years of quality management experience.
Metals, CNC machining, stamping, or related industry experience preferred.
Anodizing/metal finishing experience a huge plus.
Energetic, proactive, and highly hands-on professional who thrives on the floor.
Strong communication skills; listens well and collaborates with leadership.
Degree helpful but not required.
Bonus Skills
PPAP, ISO 13485, NADCAP exposure, Lean/Six Sigma, ERP systems.
