Conflicts Analyst
Responsible for handling all conflicts-related functions as part of the initial intake of new clients/matters, producing conflict results reports, and coordinating and documenting resolution of potential conflicts of interest.

Responsibilities

Process conflict searches for daily new client and new matter requests in a timely manner.

Perform detailed corporate research using various search resources, analyzing, interpreting, and applying information from press releases and historical references.

Thoroughly review Intapp Open workflow requests to ensure key information is included for appropriate processing.

Review Conflict Results Report to identify true potential conflicts based on established team guidelines.

When appropriate, conduct research to determine the materiality of potential conflicts.

Research the Conflicts Database and other firm documents to ensure appropriate conflicts resolution.

Contact appropriate request stakeholders to clear potential conflicts.

Communicate daily with the Manager regarding resolution of potential conflicts of interest or any areas of concern.

Document and organize details regarding the resolution of potential conflicts of interest.

Maintain telephone and personal contact with attorneys and staff on conflict of interest matters.

Track status of outstanding or ongoing workflow requests.

Handle special projects assigned by the Director of Conflicts Operations and Conflicts Managers.

Position Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required; 2- or 4-year degree preferred.

3–5 years of experience, preferably in a professional services environment.

Previous experience with Intapp required.

Experience following bankruptcy guidelines and related rules with respect to conflicts processing preferred.

Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete work under time constraints.

Ability to perform effectively with moderate supervision and within established time limits and ongoing deadlines.

Ability to interact effectively and professionally and provide exceptional service.

Ability to respond to requests requiring analysis and decision making for new clients/matter processing.

Compensation and Benefits
Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.

California: $63,000 - $128,000

Colorado: $58,000 - $103,000

Illinois: $57,000 - $110,000

Massachusetts: $63,000 - $120,000

Maryland: $61,000 - $92,000

Minnesota: $63,000 - $104,000

Jersey City, NJ: $68,000 - $123,000

New York: $58,000 - $126,000

Vermont: $62,000 - $119,000

Washington: $61,000 - $115,000

Washington, D.C.: $81,000 - $119,000

The above salaries do not include a discretionary bonus, however bonus opportunities are non‑guaranteed and depend upon individual and firm performance.
