IT IMS Analyst (Manufacturing Systems)
24x7 manufacturing environment (occasional evenings/weekends)
Contract (1 year, potential extension/conversion)
We are seeking an
IT IMS Analyst
to support and enhance Integrated Manufacturing Systems (IMS) within a fast-paced production environment. This role involves a blend of
application development, system support, and manufacturing IT solutions , ensuring seamless operations across shop floor systems.
Support and maintain
IMS/MES manufacturing systems
Develop and optimize solutions using
MS SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, SSRS/SSIS)
Build and support applications using
.NET, C#, C++, ASP
Troubleshoot complex system and application issues impacting production
Collaborate with business users to gather and define system requirements
Assist in deployment and support of manufacturing software and hardware solutions
Ensure system security by monitoring risks and implementing fixes
Review and manage external/vendor development work
Follow SDLC processes for development and system changes
Required Skills
Strong experience with
MS SQL Server (SSRS, SSIS, stored procedures, triggers)
Proficiency in
.NET, C#, C++, ASP
Hands-on experience in
system troubleshooting and application support
Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience with MES systems like
Siemens Opcenter
Exposure to ERP systems such as
SAP S/4HANA
Manufacturing or production IT environment experience
Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (Android/Zebra devices is a plus)
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (preferred, not mandatory)
3+ years of relevant industry experience
Team player with a proactive mindset
Self-starter with ownership of deliverables and deadlines
