We're hiring an Internal Medicine Physician in Leominster, Massachusetts who wants strong loan repayment eligibility, schedule flexibility, and the opportunity to serve a historic North Central Massachusetts community.

You'll step into an outpatient primary care role focused on comprehensive adult medicine in a collaborative setting with full clinical support staff. You'll have flexibility to choose a three-day, four-day, or five-day work week while maintaining provider autonomy and excellent work-life balance.

You'll practice in Leominster, Massachusetts, the birthplace of Johnny Appleseed, offering a blend of urban convenience, small-town charm, and access to outdoor recreation.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary starting at $225,000+ based on experience
• $30,000 sign-on bonus paid at sign-on, six months, and one year
