What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
As a Bartender, you’ll be at the forefront of our bar, showcasing your skills while creating memorable experiences for every guest. You’ll craft a variety of cocktails, from timeless classics to innovative creations, using high‑quality ingredients and techniques. With strong multitasking abilities, extensive cocktail knowledge, and a warm, engaging personality, you’ll provide exceptional service in a lively, fast‑paced environment. Your creativity and passion for mixology will shine as you design signature drinks that elevate the guest experience. This is a dynamic opportunity to bring energy, flair, and hospitality to our upscale Tex‑Mex restaurant.
What You’ll Bring (Requirements):
A minimum of 1 year’s Bartending experience in a fast‑paced restaurant or bar setting, required.
Must be 21 years of age or older. High School Diploma or GED, required. Associate’s or a bachelor’s degree, preferred.
Proficiency in POS systems.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques.
Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are required.
Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew. Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and engaging personality.
Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
