Are you an orthopedic hand specialist looking for a dynamic, well-supported practice with dedicated resources, a collaborative team, and time for life outside the OR? A leading Level II trauma and regional tertiary referral center in Montana is seeking a hand-trained orthopedic surgeon to join their 9-physician, 6-advanced-practice provider team, starting summer 2026.

  • Structured Schedule: Typically Monday Friday with dedicated OR and ASC time, allowing for balance and predictability.
  • State-of-the-Art Resources:
    • 10 main ORs + ASC, 2 Da Vinci robots, O-arm & Hana table, ROSA robot
    • In-clinic occupational therapy & same-day orthopedic injury center
    • Employed plastic surgery and cardiovascular services for collaborative care
  • Comprehensive Hospital Support:
    • 33-bed emergency department with 24/7 CT & board-certified EM physicians
    • Air ambulance program (fixed-wing & rotor-wing)
    • 21-bed mixed ICU with 24/7 intensivists
    • Strong hospitalist coverage, including swing and night shifts
