Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking an experienced Locum Electrophysiology Physician to provide inpatient and call coverage at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital in Youngstown, Ohio. Join a collaborative cardiology team at a high-acuity, well-resourced medical center!
Facility Details Level I Trauma Center
400-bed hospital
50 ICU beds
Robust cardiology service with 20 cardiologists on staff
Additional cardiology support on-site during coverage
Start Date: July 1, 2026
Schedule: Day shifts 8 hours
Call Coverage: 24-hour call
Call Ratio: 1:4
Reason for Coverage: Change in FTE
Patients per Day:
• Clinic: 20 patients/day
• Inpatient admissions: 11 per physician/day
Supervision:
• Supervise 1 APP
Patient Population:
• Adult & Geriatric
EMR: Epic
Procedures Required Electrical Cardioversions
Electrocardiograms (EKGs)
Tilt Table Tests
All electrophysiology procedures
