- Department: Surgical Services and Endoscopy (all except cardiac and eyes)

Requirements:
- Board Certification: NBCRNA
- License: Minnesota (facility not willing to license)
- Certifications: ACLS, PALS
Credentialing: days (temps available if no gaps or background issues)
