What You ll Do

Administer anesthesia for surgical and procedural cases
Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia plans
Monitor patients intraoperatively and adjust anesthesia as needed
Manage airway and respond to perioperative emergencies
Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and OR teams
Provide post-anesthesia care and patient monitoring
️ Ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices
️ Maintain accurate anesthesia documentation in EMR

What You Bring

️ Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
️ Active Vermont APRN license (or ability to obtain)
️ Current NBCRNA certification
️ Strong clinical judgment and critical care skills
