Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

A hospital near Santa Maria, CA is looking for a Board Certified OB/GYN to join their PRN pool and work 4-5 shifts per month starting as early as December, and as late Feb. All shifts will be 24hr In-House Call.

Assignment Details:

• Location: Santa Maria, CA
• Need: 4-5 shifts/month
• Shift type: 24hr in-house call (7a-7a)
• Call average 3-4 deliveries per 24hrs
• C-section rate: 28%
• High risk deliveries: Yes
  • High risk patients that can't be managed at the hospital are sent to LA, Bakersfield, Bay area or Santa Barbara.
• Support staff: RNs, RNFAs, Hospitalist, pediatricians on call, Perinatologists are on call.
