Coverage needed: ASAP - March 15 and possibly longer/ ongoing

Coverage is needed 4 weeks per month

Will consider a provider who can commit to a minimum of 2 weeks per month

Provider Details:

Board Certification: Required; Fellowship required
Licensure: No specific license required open IMLC or No License
Privileges: Hospital privileges required (temporary privileges not available)

Clinical Details:

Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours + call
Coverage Needed: Ideally fulltime 4 weeks per month

Will consider a provider who can commit to a minimum of 2 weeks per month

Schedule: Clinic + Weekday call (clinic hours 8a-5p; time for lunch) Daily hours are 8.5 hours per day.
Call: 24 hour call on weekends
Call: Beeper; response within 20 minutes; covers both inpatient and outpatient
Rounding: Both
Patients per Shift: Variable
Bed Availability: 0 in department (supporting both inpatient & outpatient)

Support Staff Provided:

RN: 1 MA: 1 PA/NP: 1
APP coverage in the hospital and clinic
Teaching/Resident supervision required
Nurse navigator support, Supportive and Palliative Care team support, onsite Radiation Oncology and Infusion Center

EMR System: Cerner
Trauma Level: 1 Pediatrics Level: 3
