Details:

- Duration: December 01 March 31 (option to extend)

- Shift: 24 hour call, Monday-Sunday 7a-7a (min. of 5+ shifts per month)

- Scope: ENT consults and emergent surgeries.

- Cases: Dyspnea/Stridor, Epistaxis, anterior nasal hemorrhage (both simple and complex cautery and/or packing), posterior hemorrhage (both initial and subsequent posterior packs/cautery)

- Volume: estimated 4 consults/month

- EMR: EPIC

- Hospital: 60-63 beds to start, 8 bed ICU, 8 ETC beds

- Group: 24/7 Anesthesia, 1 other ENT

- Credentialing: 2-4 weeks

- Require: BC, Active CA License/DEA
