Requirements
- Board Certification: Required

- License: Active Washington State license or IMLC
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, Fetal Heart Monitoring
- Hospital/Surgery Center Privileges Required
- Temporary Privileges Available
- Clean History and Malpractice Required
- Supervision: Resident or Teaching Supervision Required
