What You’ll Do
Follow safety practices and company/client worksite safety policies.
Develop and execute the E2 Optics Quality Management System (QMS) for every project.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with quality standards.
Conduct quality inspections, generate data analytics, and track nonconformance reports.
Drive Lean initiatives and contribute to the success of quality‑driven projects.
Train internal teams on quality standards and procedures.
What We Are Looking For
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 2 years of field experience in structured cabling or data center cabling installations.
Experience with fiber installation and testing.
Strong communication and coaching skills.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive, detail‑oriented approach.
Experience in technical writing and developing QA/QC procedures is a plus.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
The position is located in an indoor business office and construction environment. Responsibilities include sitting, using hands and arms, verbal communication, occasional stooping or kneeling, and standing and walking. The employee must regularly lift up to 40 pounds and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Ladders up to 20 feet, and equipment such as scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs may be used. The employee may work in tight or confined spaces. Reasonable accommodations may be provided for qualified individuals with disabilities.
