• Epic training required prior to start (after credentialing)
• Training schedule: Every other week, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

• Board Certified: Requiredor
• Board Eligible: Accepted

Certifications

• Required: BLS

Experience

• Must be comfortable seeing all ages (pediatrics through geriatrics)
• Primary care / family medicine experience required

• Patient Volume: 20 patients per day
• Patient Population: All ages
• Coverage Type: Family Practice / Primary Care
• EMR: Epic
