- Work Dates Needed: 5/26 thru 7/31/2026 with possible extension
- Preferred Schedule: Monday-Saturday, combination of shifts. 8-5p, 9-6p, 11-8p, Sat-8-4p
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient - freestanding clinic
- Scope of Work: Pre-employment physicals, urgent care, work-related injuries. Must be able to see ages 2 and up
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active, unrestricted CO license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT Cert.
