Position Overview
Role: Emergency Medicine Physician (Locum)
Schedule: 8 10 shifts per month
Shift: 12-hour shifts
Call: None
Setting: Inpatient Emergency Department
ED Volume: 10,000 annually
EMR: Meditech
️ Support Team: 2 RNs + 1 CNA

Responsibilities & Requirements
Standard ED coverage no procedures required
Avg. 1 2 admissions/day (hospitalist support in place)
Certifications:
️ Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (or FM/IM with ED experience)
️ ATLS preferred CALS with trauma experience accepted
Licensure:
️ Minnesota License preferred
️ IMLC accepted with LOQ in hand
Credentialing Timeframe: days
️ Malpractice: Clean preferred

️ Travel & Lodging
Lodging provided preferred hotel available in town
All travel considered local candidates preferred
