A Building Maintenance Technician will be responsible primarily for general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and front‑of‑house areas. Guest‑room and public‑area entry‑level preventative maintenance are included. The role also involves repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment, requiring skills and experience in these areas, and good communication skills. Strong troubleshooting abilities (electricity, plumbing, etc.) are essential.

Qualifications
Minimum 1–2 years building maintenance experience, with hotel experience preferred.
Good customer service skills.
Desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment.
Open availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to bend, stoop, and climb.
Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull moderate amounts of weight consistently.
