Overview

Put your Spanish skills to work earning you money! Enjoy helping our North American customers in English and Spanish. Flexible schedules available. As part of our Customer Care team, you should be passionate about bringing the products to life for our customers and resolving any issues they may have. You will play a critical role in creating a world‑class experience by answering inbound calls from our customers. You'll become a part of a fast‑paced team dedicated to a feel‑good lifestyle brand dedicated to changing lives. Responsibilities

Answer calls in a professional and courteous manner with a goal of having the customer feeling delighted.
Analyze customer situations and determine viable options that will serve them best.
Accurately place telephone orders offering specials, promotions and services that help meet customers’ needs.
Work independently and professionally.
Qualifications

Are you:
Able to work in office.
Able to help customers in Spanish and English fluently.
Flexibility is a must in this position, 20 hours/month (or 3-4 days at the end of each month).
Proficient in keyboarding and computer skills.
Able to analyze problems.
Able to work under stress.
Able to perform essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy.
Able to handle confidential information.
Able to type 30+ WPM.
