Position Summary
Join Walmart as a Landscape Technician. You will maintain the grounds, parking lots, and exterior buildings of retail stores, ensuring cleanliness and safety for customers and employees.
Responsibilities
Conduct ground maintenance activities in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas to uphold cleanliness standards.
Mow, trim, and prune landscaping to ensure the exterior environment remains pristine.
Collaborate with teammates to manage all aspects of landscaping and exterior maintenance.
Adhere to safety, security, and integrity protocols and ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping.
18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
Vocational or technical certification or 2 years’ experience in mechanical, facilities, or construction maintenance.
Associate’s degree, Engineering, Maintenance, or related field.
Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) or third‑party management experience.
Project Management Professional certification.
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly wage ranges from $21.00 to $39.00, with additional premiums based on schedule and specific duties.
