
Recruiting Sourcer

We are hiring a Recruiting Sourcer at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA).
Candidates must be within driving distance to our Alpharetta office and able to commute at least three days per week.
A Day in the Life
Proactively source and engage talent across multiple channels (LinkedIn, Phenom, targeted social platforms, niche job boards, professional groups, and referrals) to develop robust pipelines for hard‑to‑fill and high‑volume roles.
Manage candidate attraction campaigns and CRM workflows in Phenom (campaign creation, outreach sequences, talent pool segmentation, pipeline tracking, and reporting).
Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other LinkedIn tools to run advanced searches, build projects, manage InMails, and track candidate engagement metrics.
Conduct initial candidate qualification and screening calls to assess fit, interest, and availability; deliver timely, professional candidate communications and status updates.
Coordinate, plan, and represent the company at college career days, campus events, and job fairs; build relationships with career services, student organizations, and faculty to drive early‑career sourcing.
Perform regular Workday reviews: monitor and update requisitions, review candidate status and dispositioning, ensure data integrity, and support offer process coordination with Talent Acquisition and HR.
Partner closely with hiring managers and local leaders to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and team culture; provide market intelligence and sourcing strategy recommendations.
Track and report sourcing metrics (pipeline health, time‑to‑fill for sourced candidates, conversion rates, event ROI, outreach response rates) and identify improvement opportunities.
Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) sourcing initiatives by identifying diverse talent pools, building inclusive outreach strategies, and attending targeted events.
Represent the employer brand in office visits and industry events; capture candidate and market feedback to inform recruiting strategies.
Our Future Colleague
2–4+ years of recruiting, sourcing, or campus recruiting experience (agency or in‑house). Proven track record building candidate pipelines and closing sourced candidates.
Hands‑on experience using Phenom for candidate attraction, CRM management, campaign execution, and reporting.
Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn sourcing best practices, including Boolean search, saved projects, and InMail strategy.
Demonstrated experience planning, organizing, and attending college career days, campus recruiting events, or job fairs.
Comfortable performing Workday reviews and basic ATS tasks (requisition management, candidate dispositioning, workflow checks). Experience with Workday Recruiting strongly preferred.
Strong communication skills: persuasive outreach, clear candidate updates, and confident stakeholder partnering with hiring managers and leaders.
Outgoing, energetic personality with excellent relationship‑building skills; ability to represent the company positively in‑person at offices, campuses, and industry events.
Ability and willingness to travel frequently and spend time onsite with regional teams and at industry/campus events (estimated up to 30% travel).
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and common sourcing tools; comfortable working with recruiting dashboards and data.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field.
Experience with other ATS and talent intelligence platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., Handshake, Indeed, Hootsuite, hiring marketplaces).
Prior experience recruiting in the company’s industry or for similar professional roles.
Experience supporting or owning early‑career programs, intern/co‑op programs, or university partnerships.
Familiarity with employment branding and social recruiting strategies.
