The Role
The
Senior Manager of Fund Accounting
will have full ownership and management of a $2B fund spanning 100+ projects, from development entities through tax equity. The Accounting team is approximately eight to 10 people, and this person will work alongside two peer Manager level colleagues with heavy support from outsourced accounting operations.
Compensation
$140,000 – $160,000 base + 25% – 30% bonus
Key Responsibilities
Full ownership of a $2B fund with 100+ projects across the portfolio lifecycle
Heavy focus on consolidations, roll-ups, intercompany work, investor communications, and asset tracking
Hands‑on role with strong support from outsourced accounting operations
Build and document internal processes and drive efficiency as the portfolio scales
Ideal Background
7+ years public accounting experience
Expertise in fund accounting, required
CPA, required
Must be hands‑on and willing to dig in — not a purely supervisory role
Strong process vision, documentation skills, and detail orientation
