Seeking Independent Contractors to Perform Insurance Property Inspections
Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property inspections. This is a great opportunity for full‑time or part‑time work.
Our contractors survey both residential and commercial properties. The survey includes taking photos of the property, obtaining property details and overall conditions, providing reports in a timely manner, and submitting a report online. All survey reports must be submitted through the PC/Desktop to include attachments.
Responsibilities
Travel to inspection sites and assess property conditions.
Take photographs and record property details.
Generate detailed inspection reports and submit them online.
Maintain timely submission of all reports.
Requirements
Reliable vehicle for travel.
Microsoft computer running Windows 10 or newer.
Smartphone or digital camera.
Reliable home internet connection.
Basic computer and communication skills.
Coverage Area
Sioux Falls, SD
