Abercrombie & Fitch - Assistant Manager, Tysons Corner

Abercrombie & Fitch is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Tysons Corner store. This role combines business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management.
Responsibilities include:
Driving sales results by analyzing business and providing excellent customer service
Overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing routines
Updating floorsets, styling recommendations, and product knowledge
Leading talent recruitment, training, engagement, and development
Creating an inclusive environment for team and customers
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Team-building skills, self-starter attitude, and fashion interest
