Maintenance Technician – Full Time

What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance Technician at Peak, you’ll work across a mix of residential and commercial properties, handling service requests, preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs. You’ll have the support of a Field Supervisor and Director of Maintenance, clear expectations, and systems that help you succeed, not slow you down. This is a full-time role (40 hours/week).

Primary Responsibilities

Complete a wide range of maintenance and repair work
Perform preventative maintenance and property inspections
Respond to urgent and emergency maintenance issues when needed
Communicate professionally with residents, owners, vendors, and team members
Coordinate work with the Field Supervisor and Director of Maintenance
Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites and work vehicles
Document work thoroughly using company software
Deliver high-quality service with the goal of earning 5-star reviews
What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of maintenance, construction, or skilled trade experience
EPA / HVAC certification preferred
Light plumbing experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Able to pass background check and drug screening
Reliable transportation
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on work
Comfortable using a smart device for work orders and communication
Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional
No smoking on job sites or in company vehicles (if provided)
Pay & Benefits

$20–$30 per hour, based on experience

Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday (40 hours)
On-call rotation required
