Position Summary
HAAAN Group Inc. is seeking an experienced and engaging PMI Authorized Trainer / Project Management Instructor to support the delivery of project management training aligned with PMI standards. This is a 1099 contractor opportunity that is primarily remote with potential hybrid delivery and occasional travel based on client requirements and course format. The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching adult learners, understands project management concepts deeply, and is committed to helping learners successfully prepare for certifications such as PMP and CAPM.
Responsibilities
Deliver project management training in virtual, hybrid, and occasional in-person environments
Support learners preparing for PMI certifications, including PMP and CAPM
Facilitate engaging instruction for adult learners and professional audiences
Incorporate practical, real-world project management examples into course delivery
Maintain high standards of instructional quality, professionalism, and responsiveness
Collaborate with HAAAN Group Inc. to support learner success and program growth
Help strengthen and expand training offerings as the organization grows
Adapt delivery methods based on client needs, learner audiences, and training format
Preferred Qualifications
Active PMP certification in good standing strongly preferred
PMI Authorized Training Partner Instructor - PMP credential with Credly verification strongly preferred
Experience teaching PMP prep, CAPM prep, or project management courses
Experience with adult learning, workforce development, or professional training
Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
Comfortable delivering instruction in remote and hybrid settings
Military service or experience supporting military and veteran communities is highly valued
Reliable, mission-driven, and professional
