We are seeking full-time Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) or Physician Assistants (PAs) for the Port Charlotte area. The primary role involves Rounding in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) Monday - Friday. We are looking for dedicated providers enthusiastic about patient care.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 Depending on Experience (DOE)
- On-Call: One weekend every 6-8 weeks
- PTO: 10 days paid vacation
- CME: 3 days
- Additional benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
- Perform Rounding in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) Monday - Friday.
- Be available for On-call one weekend every 6-8 weeks.
- Be responsible for the delivery of patient care in their area of specialty through the process of assessment, evaluation, diagnosing, planning, and implementation.
- Perform responsibilities in four areas of practice: clinician, teacher, leadership, and professional development.
- Previous Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience - Required
- Graduate from an accredited Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) program - Required
- State Licensure for APRN or PA - Required
- Ability to work autonomously.
