This role serves as the primary point of contact between our clients, drivers, and internal teams-ensuring seamless scheduling, communication, and execution of high-end furniture deliveries.
Position Overview
The Accounts Manager plays a critical role in coordinating white glove delivery services, managing client relationships, and maintaining accurate operational data. This is a fast-paced, logistics-driven position that requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication & Scheduling
Manage inbound calls and emails from clients
Schedule and coordinate white glove furniture deliveries
Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
Operations Coordination
Act as the liaison between customers, drivers, and shipping partners
Ensure all parties are aligned on delivery expectations and service levels
Support day-to-day logistics execution
Data Entry & Performance Tracking
Input and manage delivery data within internal systems
Track key metrics and maintain accurate records
Utilize Excel and other tools to support reporting and visibility
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Provide proactive updates and communication
Deliver a high level of service aligned with Clark's standards
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficient in Excel and general computer systems
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, operations-focused environment
Previous experience in logistics, customer service, or account management preferred
