Position Overview

We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient practice in Plymouth and Bourbon, Indiana. This is a stable, full-time position offering a collaborative team environment and production-based earning potential.

Schedule
• Monday Friday
• 8:00a 5:00p
• 1:7 phone-only call rotation

Practice Details
• Outpatient primary care setting
• Team includes 2 physicians and 1 nurse practitioner
• OB optional
• EPIC EMR
• Conventional family medicine practice including chronic disease management, preventive care, minor procedures

Qualifications
• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Internal Medicine candidates not accepted
• Indiana license (or willingness to obtain)
• DEA registration
• BLS/ACLS
• NPI number
