Compensation: $300,000 $320,000 + $30,000 Sign-On + $30,000 Retention Bonus (after Year 1)

We are seeking a full-time General OB/GYN to join a well-established, physician-led women s health practice in the Columbia, MD area. This opportunity is replacing an existing physician and comes with an immediate, established patient panel.

Practice Overview

• patients per day
• Established patient panel
• Combination of clinic, call, and administrative responsibilities
• Equal call distribution among OB physicians
• Hospital privileges included

Team Structure

• 6 OB/GYN physicians (equal call)
• 2 Gynecology-only physicians
• 1 Gynecologic surgeon
• 2 Nurse Practitioners
• Strong clinical and administrative support

Responsibilities

• Full-scope obstetrics and gynecology
• Prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum care
• Preventive gynecology and surgical procedures
• Shared call participation
• Culturally competent patient care
• Accurate and timely EHR documentation

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Completion of accredited OB/GYN residency
• Board Eligible or Board Certified
• Maryland license (or ability to obtain)
• New graduates welcome
