Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role with an Ameriprise Financial franchise for an Associate Financial Advisor located in Pensacola, FL. The Associate Financial Advisor will support lead financial advisors in providing personalized financial planning and investment strategies for clients. Responsibilities include gathering financial data, analyzing client portfolios, developing financial plans, conducting research, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also involves educating clients about retirement planning, investments, and financial strategies to meet their long-term financial goals.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory Services
Proficiency in Retirement Planning and developing tailored client strategies
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-management skills
Licenses such as FINRA SIE, Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65), and Life & Health insurance are required
Bachelor\'s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field is a plus
Obtaining the Certified Financial Planner designation will be required as a condition of employment.
Capability to work on-site in Pensacola, FL
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary range based on experience: $75,000-$85,000 plus opportunities for salary increases and bonuses based on production, client satisfaction, and overall firm growth.
