
Emergency Hire - Administrative Analyst - Financial Aid

Job Summary
Responsibilities include:
Create and maintain setup within various modules of PeopleSoft Financial Aid/Campus Solutions.
Create custom reports to identify specific student populations for awarding aid, resolving discrepancies, etc.
Manage the financial aid data file creation and electronic file transfers between PeopleSoft and internal and external systems, including daily, weekly, and monthly transfers with the California Student Aid Commission, the Federal Department of Education systems (CPS, NSLDS, COD), CSU, and private lenders.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree plus two years of professional experience in a related field; or a Master's degree with one year of experience.
Salary
Anticipated Hiring Range: $33.44 - $36.78 per hour.
Classification Range: $33.44 - $48.72 per hour.
