We’re growing quickly and looking for skilled, safety‑focused Field Installation Technicians who are comfortable working hands‑on in the field and directly with customers.
Job Description
This is a field-based, physical role combining technical installation and customer interaction.
Install wireless internet equipment including radios, routers, modems, and cabling
Perform rooftop installations using ladders and safety equipment
Run and secure cabling on residential properties
Configure routers and basic networking equipment
Troubleshoot connectivity issues and resolve service problems
Educate customers on their new internet service
Maintain a professional, customer‑first experience
Daily work on rooftops and ladders at heights
Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Physically active (lifting, climbing, carrying equipment)
Independent field work with minimal supervision
We Are Seeking
6+ months of installation, telecom, construction, or trade experience
Basic understanding of networking (routers, Wi‑Fi, connectivity)
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
Comfortable working at heights (rooftops, ladders)
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Good communication and customer service skills
Requirements
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (past 5 years)
Must be 21+ (vehicle requirements)
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Comfortable using tools, equipment, and mobile devices
Easily capable of maneuvering from ladder to roof and roof to ladder
Pay & Benefits
$28.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
Company vehicle provided for work use
