General Surgery-Western Kentucky Employed practice seeks a BE/BC General Surgeon to join their team at their rural community hospital Competitive salary with guaranteed 3-year salary plus RVU bonus potential 1 other General Surgeon with excellent specialty back up support $50,000 upfront bonus 15-20 patients per day, 150 cases a month Call: 1 week on/1 week off 2-4 cases on average per week 3 OR Rooms and 1 Endoscopy room Da Vinci X Robot Possibility of 7on/7off schedule, currently traditional model EMR: EPIC Full benefits with 6 weeks PTO/CME, retirement, malpractice with tail and stipend/student loan forgiveness available Owensboro and Bowling Green are within 45-60 minutes and 2 hours to Louisville and Nashville Owensboro has a regional airport and Louisville and Nashville have international airports Population: 30,000 J1 Visa sponsorship available
