Property Management Company Seeking Maintenance Tech For Apartment Complex.
We're hiring a Maintenance Tech to join our team. Compensation: based on experience.
Responsibilities
Daily repair and upkeep of the property which can include basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting skills.
Responsible for all other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications
10+ years of general maintenance experience
Valid driver’s license
Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
