Senior HVAC Maintenance Lead – Onsite

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician in Birmingham, Alabama. This full-time, onsite role entails installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining building equipment while supervising junior technicians. Candidates should possess EPA certification, a valid driver's license, and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in facilities maintenance. A strong preference is given to those with HVAC experience and licenses in plumbing or electricity. All work will be conducted in accordance with safety and preventive maintenance standards.
